First you’ll need both a Booking.com for Business account and an AirPlus account. Once these have been created, go to the company settings tab in your Booking.com for Business account.
For safety and security purposes, review and confirm all terms and conditions before connecting your AirPlus company account.
Add your UATP details, choose who can use the card and which expenses may be charged to it. Want to connect multiple cards? You can always add more or edit your AirPlus settings later on.
Decide which fields you want your travellers to fill out during the booking process. These will show in your AirPlus statements.
